The Khamzat Chimaev War-wagon rolls out - Get IN! ASAP+

Khamzat needs to win this...first fight I'm nervous about in a while. My mind says Usman wins a decision and unfortunately my mind is usually right (about the winner almost never how it happens). But I did get O'malley V Sterling and Izzy V Strickland wrong.

The formula really is Khamzats rust + lack of experience - Kamaru's knee's+10 days to prepare at 185

Give the guy this much...he learned how to answer 90% of MMA questions by learning a few catch phrases that he mostly copied from Khabib. He has come a long way recently in his English but still smesh and dis guy make up 90% of it.

Well to be fair,he says he wants to fight too,and points the finger at UFC not offering him fights,which is different from no one not wanting to fight him and him not wanting to fight them.

Yeah but some of its pretty ridiculous. Didn't he call out Periera the night he beat izzy or the next day for a card in Brazil that was what, 2 months later ?

It is not UFC fault nor his because it has something to do with rankings. When you are top 3 in WW you can't find opponents outside of one or two or otherwise you fight below.. The same case in MW but it is a none issue from now on.. He needs to beat Usman and strickland back to back then they will all come after him.. He will have to defend the belt and he can do it as frequently as he wants..

If he has the belt and becomes inactive the fault will be with him but I doubt that I think he will be very active champ

To me it leaves alot of unanswered questions, how does he handle a legit MW, is Usman on his last legs. Fighting Costa would have given me a better indication of where he stands.

Costa was stylistically an easier opponent and even the bookmakers agree with that. Chimaev was a bigger favorite over Costa then usman
