Conor hasn't fought in a while , his haters say he's irrelevant, hasn't defended, won't fight again. Yet nearly every fat nerd virgin that asked a question yesterday mentioned conor.

At one point khabib stumbled and even said I'm just focused on fighting Conor , I mean or the winner of poirer or Alvarez.

He hasn't. That's factual. Never defended a belt in his entire career and has been stripped of 4 belts for refusing to defend them despite being healthy.

Ronda has fought more recently than him - thats more than 'awhile'.

I'm glad he's going to fight again, he's wasting his talents throwing shit through buses and selling burgers.

If you're a fan of the sport, you should be gutted someone as talented and exciting as McGregor isn't fighting. Hopefully we get to see him and Khabib throw down soon.

Being a Khabib fan doesn’t make you a Conor hater.

I am a big fan of Conor’s fighting style, but I have a problem with the sideshow and his history of never having defended a belt.

-hold belts without defend, messing the whole rank-to-titleshot thing that it's supposed be at the core of the sport
-make the org is part of looks less legit and professional than ever, impressive task considering how danaufc was already crap at both
-change the approach of all (or many) other fighters to the sport, with fuckton of top ranked fighters try to pick themselves the fights, turn down fights, try to push they career with social media bullshit and WWE style gimmicks for fat retards


I like him as a fighter the rare times i see him in a MMA cage (last time 2016), but is not hard imagine why an actual fan of MMA can hate him

Even if if you ask me Conor did the right thing for himself, and became millionare
The fault is on the baldshit and his ridicolous org to allow (and encourage) all that to happen, to chase quick gain killing actual quality.

Khabib is the guy that goes out on his first date ever, and all the girl does is talk about how she hates her ex boyfriend and is "just totally over him....seriously, I really am". But, we all knows that she doesn't hate him, she's not over him, but rather she just misses him and is hurt, pained and sad that she got dumped. She is trying to fill a void in her heart or be around the closest thing that reminds her of him. Khabib is to Conor what CB is to Luke.
 
I used to be a Conor supporter. Loved the why he fought in cage and understand his brilliant fight banter.....up until months AFTER Aldo fight.After he beat Aldo, he actually went up to Aldo and said some classy things and went about his business.Sometime after that he forgot how to carry himself like a man.His ego let him believe he was of God like and did and said whatever the fuck he wanted to and whenever (even when it was in a position where he wasn't promoting a fight).The guy is out of his mind and maybe MAYBE now having a little bit with another on the way might cause an altering of his personality ....maybe a good look in mirror and attain some self reflection.

I've been watching MMA for longer than that. And I've never seen a champion not defend more than Conor.

It would appear the only people who claim to care about defending belts are haters. It really is clutching at straws. Conor wants to achieve milestones. Do you think he would be the first simultaneous two division champion if he had Aldo's defend for ten years mentality? Move on with the times. You are the "in my day" sorts. At least, you are proposing to be that to give your emotional argument some kind of foundation.
