Hah this reminded me of this propaganda my dad was telling me about. He grew up in the Soviet Union, the teachers in school told the kids this story of an exemplary boy, how he went to the authorities to tell on his father speaking out again the party. A true hero, a real pioneer.

That person is in fact a hero, they bravely spoke out against an entire societal structure that threatens them with violence and are doubtless even now facing repercussions such as a deluge of legitimate death threats from the inimitable horde that is the Alt-Right.
