Stephens is really growing on me, I like his style and his attitude about fighting and how he carries himself, always comes to look for the Knockout and finds it in vicious fashion, consider me a fan of Lil Heathen after tonight, took me a minute to come around, but I'm really starting to like the guy a lot, would love to see him run it back against Holloway.

Soooo..Isn’t it still considered a kick to a downed opponent with both of Emmett’s knees on the ground?

I would think so. It should be illegal if any part of the striking limb lands or grazes. I understand it didn't impact the final result but not penalizing that strike only further muddies the rules. Even grazing shots should be recognized and treated as if they landed clean. There doesn't need to be a gray area on a black and white rule.

He reminds me a lot of a 145 Cowboy. Wants to just brawl anytime, with some good wins, but never quite at the top.
