The Guardian is a really good movie

It's the Coast Guard rescue swimmer movie with Kevin Costner and Ashton Kutcher. Costner is always solid in every movie he's in, and this is by far the best thing Kutcher ever did outside of that 70's show.

It's on tv right now and it's one of those movies that never fails to motivate me, like Rocky IV or something, which makes sense considering almost the entire movie is training. I guess I love training movies. I love when Hodge finally punches his instructor in the mouf so he can rescue him, it's a feel good moment.

Yeah I liked it. One of Costner's better roles and Kutcher met the demands for the lead better than people thought he would. Very respectable spiritual prequel to Top Gun: Maverick.
