It is not known when some of them were built since they no longer exist

But none of then will beat the still standing Pyramid of Giza which is almost five thousand years old.

Would the appeal be more seeing it or actually reading those lost texts? Either way, a real strong contender.

Mostly reading but no doubt the initial visual would be stunning. I'd probably spend the first month just in discovery. Then I would start with the Greek epics/tragedies/philosophy, then all the lost works of Sophocles, and finally spend the rest of my time with the early Christian writings.
