Literally was watching it last week.
Cool to see
Cool to see
I place Goonies up on the pedastle with Big Trouble in Little China and Tremors.
I was 19 when the original Goonies came out.
Actually I missed the boomer era by a year. It’s defined as 1946-1965 and I was born in 66, which makes me a Gen X I guess. Not that these things matter... I’m awesome no matter the label. That’s what my mom says anyways, so I believe her.Ok boomer

I’ve watched both BTLC and Tremors 1&2 the past month. Now I Guess I’ll watch The Goonies
As well.
I was 19 when the original Goonies came out. The 80s were so awesome. Go to the cornerstore, rent a movie on VHS, buy beer and snacks. This describes many Friday nights!
Yeah, as much as I like the convenience of streaming services, I have great memories of going to the video store. When we got there and all the good ones were taken, we would pick something that we would probably never have watched. We ended up watching a lot of crappy movies over the years, but some cool underrated ones too.I was younger about 8 or 9 but it was cool in the late 80's going to the video stores and renting VHS videos. I used to do it for wrestling.
