The basic answer is no.

We're working on where exactly that line is drawn & how to word teh rool... because we do allow fruit slices... which is technically a fruit that someone else modified... but the idea is that it's your job to make it look like something. The slice shouldn't be cut to make it resemble something. If it's just a normal looking slice of Froot, then it's okay. Now if you find a potato that was grown & naturally looks like a hand for example, then all good, but it cannot have been modified to look like a hand by anyone but you & your electronic device.

Anything questionable... & be prepared to show proof of your work flow... like Iron Skin did earlier regarding the nose on his avi.

Okay so far the situation is like this:
a) you either make a brand new shoop and we will use that brand new one 100%

or

b) you wanna gamble and use this already kinda gray area not totally legal stuff. With this options I can't guarantee you will end up in the competition this will be decided at the end of the entry period and depending on spots available and logistic in the thread for example let's say we end up with 19 entries 100% legal entries then okay maybe I sneak your compromised entry in.. (not yet decided council will debate on this now) BUT if you are number 21 then you will be dropped sorry an the shoop won't make the final 20 for a 1 thread setup.

People that have quoted your shoop pls edit your messages and remove his shoop asap: (I'll get a mod to try and do it faster now too)

So this applies for both your @cheat toes and @Dead Kennedy and what you wanna do option A or option B ?

My initial feeling and gut instinct says no this is not allowed and is considered too much... of course again we have to go to the council and debate it if you want a 100% ruling on it.

The modifications to the froot have to be done by the shooper. If you want to reshape a pear to look like a nose you do so electronically. To use a picture of a sculpted froot is going too far imo.
I don't want fancy, advanced sculptures that will mean the guy with the best googling skills and the most patience that tracked down the best fruit sculpture out there has half the work done already.
If it's a slice that that is very generally encountered and normal to see in our every day use of fruits.. but that jaws shark fruit thing isn't.. that is over the top and too much imo.
Slices and peeling is one thing and okay it makes the cut but any advanced modification that is unnatural and non encountered in every day use no go.
So keep it simple is my best advice here.
 
Oh fuck, I forgot about doing any kind of entry!
