Its been pure insanity... It seems that the the decision to "clean up the sport" has been biting the UFC in the ass ever since they chose to take hold of this double edged sword if you will... In my opinion, Dana White (though he may say otherwise) such as having USADA now and the anti-doping policies are great for the sport and will only make it better... just SEEMS to be backfiring completely. I understand the intention to catch guys doping here, and there, that was the idea. I highly doubt they imagined the outcome they are having now would take place. So far the 2 biggest draws for UFC 200 Brock Lesnar and Jon Jones now have "WTF" asterisks, with Brock having one next to his win if not changed to no contest. DEPENDING on what it was for.
I think the Fertittas saw this coming, selling this headache couldn't have been at a better time. Unfortunately, Dana White still has to deal with it. My question to everyone here if I may get your opinions. Do you think USADA (even though they're doing their job)...can this kill the sport. Can this potentially kill the reputations of the best fighters we have seen. Anderson Silva, Jon Jones, etc. Its sad, but is this what we have to look forward to?
