The ESPN+ app stopped working on all of my devices and their support team can't fix it.

The UFC getting an ESPN deal, then still putting their non-PPV shows and prelims behind a paywall to force people to join ESPN+ is retarded.

Anyone having problems with ESPN+ deserves it for buying into that scam.

I didn't like the idea of ESPN+ either, but I did the free trial and I thought it was worth it for $5 a month. Well... up until now anyway. I was getting TUF, Early Prelims, Prelims, all of the Fight Night cards, PFL, Tuesday night contenders series, some boxing cards, and the whole 30 for 30 ESPN Library.

Like I said before I know what IPTV is and all of that other Jazz, but I'm not poor and I also like supporting products that I'm a fan of. The same people that bitch about fighter pay are the same ones that brag about stealing the content.

Its crazy to me that your ISP can't assign you a new IP directly to the Modem/router. You need to consider going with a different ISP because they are bush league compared to most ISP's.

Tell me about it.... Spectrum fucking sucks, but it's the best option around here. There is AT&T and a service that is offered through the University, but they are slow as fuck. I live in a small city of about 30,000 people and Spectrum has had the monopoly here for years.

Have you tried uninstalling it and installing it again

TUF, Early Prelims, Prelims, and all Fight Nights used to all be available on cable TV without the additional paywall.

I have thought about the "paying to support the fighters" concept, but have concluded that even if more people pay for the product, Dana isn't going to pay anyone any better. If you have come to a different conclusion, then I'm sure Dana and his shareholders love you.

My Roku TV won't even load the App.
My Android devices tell me I'm in a different country and the videos are unavailable.
My Amazon Fire TV Cube will load the app, but show an error message if I try to stream content.
And my Laptop will just bring me to a log in screen even though I'm already logged in.

I've been in contact with support several times for a total of around 12 hours of my time and still nothing. They just end up telling me to give it 24 hours, but that never works.

They won't refund my money, because I purchased the subscription through Amazon. And the last agent I had just bailed on me during the chat.

They even had the balls to try and blame it on my ISP, but Its not my IP address, because I can't even get anything to open using a VPN.

Have any of you been experiencing these problems with ESPN+? And yes I know how to pirate, but I like to support the content I watch. Have any of you had problems with this service?

That all sounds very weird.

Since you tried using (and not using) a VPN, and your buddy could not login from another state, then I fail to see how your IP address could be the problem...and since you could not login while using cellular data instead of your home wifi, then I don't see how it could be your internet provider or modem.

Obv we have no idea how ESPN+ systems work, but since whatever they have suggested has not worked so far, then my next step would be to ask them cancel your account/profile altogether and open a completely fresh one, to rule out the possibility of some weird glitch associated with that specific account/profile on their end.

Otherwise, maybe try to pursue a refund through Amazon, if you bought through them and explain the problem (their customer service tends to be *awesome* compared to most places).

The early Prelims and the contender series were never on cable. Those were always exclusive to fight pass. Like I said I'm pissed now and not trying to stick up for the cocksuckers, but for $5 a month when it was working correctly it was imo a great service. I like other sports too and they offer a shit ton of content.

It is working on my cellular data now, but it is still weird how it won't work with a VPN on. I think it may have to do with the fact that I have cable too and that the ESPN app has me logged in through my provider as well as my ESPN+ account.

I'm going to try and exchange my modem and if that doesn't work then I will get a refund through Amazon. I actually did try to set up a new account under a different email when I was talking to a tech during a customer service chat, and we couldn't get it to work and then the fucker bailed on the chat with no warning.

Where is your VPN? On your router, through some browser app or something else?

I thought account at first with everything else you tried, but it’s now working through cell network?

Oh, you're a cunt when you give someone a lightbulb moment? I was just saying "i hadn't thought of it like that" but cunt on cunto.

I've been buying UFC PPV for 14-15 years.
lol.... seriously needed a laugh, thanks for that.

I'm going to go ahead and say this is probably a local issue. All the weird shit you complain about couldn't be caused on just their end.

This sentence alone makes no sense:

It could very well be your ISP and probably is, and your IP has nothing to do with that.

A VPN isn't some magic device. It's like a private tunnel you get to drive through a mountain. But if the road from your house to that tunnel is fucked, then having access to the tunnel wouldn't matter anyways.
My guess is router issue.

All of the Disney apps suck ass hard. I think Hulu is okay, but I rarely use it. ESPN has been barely functional for me over a few devices.

I don't understand how a company with so many resources have churned out so many garbage apps.
