The ESPN+ app stopped working on all of my devices and their support team can't fix it.

My Roku TV won't even load the App.
My Android devices tell me I'm in a different country and the videos are unavailable.
My Amazon Fire TV Cube will load the app, but show an error message if I try to stream content.
And my Laptop will just bring me to a log in screen even though I'm already logged in.

I've been in contact with support several times for a total of around 12 hours of my time and still nothing. They just end up telling me to give it 24 hours, but that never works.

They won't refund my money, because I purchased the subscription through Amazon. And the last agent I had just bailed on me during the chat.

They even had the balls to try and blame it on my ISP, but Its not my IP address, because I can't even get anything to open using a VPN.

Have any of you been experiencing these problems with ESPN+? And yes I know how to pirate, but I like to support the content I watch.

Why haven't you gone to Amazon support if you subscribed through Amazon? lol

Oh weird. You can subscribe to a lot of different services through Amazon, and if ESPN won't refund, idk why Amazon wouldn't. I have Paramount+ through them and the price is added to my Prime sub

App was glitching on me the whole main card of gane/volkov, they need to get their shit together

I'm going to go ahead and say this is probably a local issue. All the weird shit you complain about couldn't be caused on just their end.

It could very well be your ISP and probably is, and your IP has nothing to do with that.

A VPN isn't some magic device. It's like a private tunnel you get to drive through a mountain. But if the road from your house to that tunnel is fucked, then having access to the tunnel wouldn't matter anyways.

It doesn't work on my cell data either. Or a buddy that I let use my account two states over.

Weird you say that, same thing to me. Can’t get it working on roku or fire stick as of last weekend. Only place it works is on my iPhone. All my other apps work fine. They blamed it on my internet
