After Ronda's unprecedented hype and build up, and her obnoxious arrogant attitude to go along with it, when she got humiliated she reacted like a sore lose which only increased the vitriol and hate towards her.
Conor on the other hand despite the same amount of hype and arrogant trash talk if not more, reacted the honorable way. He admitted he lost fair and square ( for the most part), he came to the press conference like a man and faced the music, didn't talk about commiting suicide, and didn't run and hide in shame.
For the record I wasn't a fan of either of them and lmao watching both of them go down, but I have to grudgingly admit that I have a new found respect for Conor in the way he handled his defeat. He talked the talk, lost, and didn't hide from his defeat which takes courage, a courage that separates him from being put in the same category as Ronda.
