If you actually compare generations properly, Randleman at his prime really was physically comparable to Romero with no weight cut. 240lbs, around 5'10, extremely explosive, small gas tank... unmatched explosive power!

He was 215-220 lbs in his prime. Weighed in 99.7 kgs (218 lbs) at PRIDE 25 vs Rampage, for example. He was quite a bit bigger than Romero. But he would be a small to average sized LHW nowadays. He'd be the smallest HW in the entire division.

A lot of guys we thought of as HUGE back in the day were actually quite small by today's standards: Randleman, Shamrock, Coleman, etc.
