I saw an article headline on Apple News saying diabetes can be reversed, but I no longer have Apple News+ free trial, so couldn't read how.
Just eating McD big breakfast with pancakes and syrup after eating the biscuit, sausage, egg, hash brown makes me fear diabetes, etc. from the sugar and fat.
After Easter, I bought a bunch of reduced price Reese's easter bars like Almond Joy presentation and still have a bunch in the frig and no hurry to finish them.
I'd rather eat crepes instead of pancakes where they put all sorts of sweet stuff in the crepes, but the price tag is what stops me... along with sugar overload. I don't even buy cheesecake anymore.
