uh actually they're required to give u a discount and if you're stupid enough to get charged w/o the card discount, then you're an idiot. w/the organic produce, it's only a few more cents and not worth the embarrassment to be caught by a store clerk. i once got away with a whole turkey w/o paying for it at the self checkout. walked out and checked my receipt and realized the turkey wasn't charged. fuck that shit. free turkey for me and that's what those lazy assholes get for not ringing me up. there's like one lane open w/4 people in line for the non self checkout w/ employees talking to each other just watching the self checkout.
