The stretch between Cowboy and Poirier fights he behaves nicely. Can control it. After a loss the vile comes out. People who suffer from bipolar disorder can't control it. They can get sick suddenly, or based on time of year. Conor chooses which role to play. A sickness doesn't look to dictate it.
Pretty much, it doesnt seem to have the randomness of bipolar, just seems like a arrogant man who reacts very negatively when he doesnt get the outcome he wants after likely getting his own way almost all the time otherwise.
I wouldnt even really call him a narcissist, that implies more of an inner weakness thats being compensated for that might be rather more pitiable.
