I almost wish I didn't come on this thread after watching the show as there are way too many potential spoilers, but by the looks of it, the show is going a completely different direction.
 
Was I the only one thinking the boys could have simply drowned/choked Translucent to death?

Butcher asks Frenchie about killing Translucent by suffocating him to death. Frenchie points out a group of Dominicans tried that once,

Butcher, "And what happened?"

Frenchie, "All the Dominicans died".
 
starlight camel toe is actually visible from 32:45 till about 32:47 in episode 8 when she walks up the stairs after talking to the navy guy. perv game strong *flex*.

Nah, Shue's character is a man in the comics, but Mothers Milk, like all the boys in the comics had super strength by way of compound V. But MM got it cause his mom fell in some compaund V before she gave birth and for some reason he needs his moms breast milk to survive, hence the name.

I watched the second ep

It's here I realized I was watching breaking bad with heroes. This ep plays out EXACTLY like the second ep of BB. The guy in the trunk / RV is not dead so they keep him in a cage/bike locked to a post and have a heart to heart chat and end up ultimately losing their morals and having to kill him in the end as they descent into badguy-ness

Is it going to be a recurring theme that the main guy gets soaked in blood each ep?

Love Starlight bring a legit hero and getting in shit for it, the whole pose for the camera - corporate running of heroes thing is fucked

Homelander reminds me of Superion from the Tick. A super man like man with powers who is corrupt. Threatening to kill The Deep who is also a slimy fuck.

I like how invincible the guy is with all his powers and regular people taking him on. Love the distraction explosion

The whole how do we kill the invisible man thing was pissing me off. When Hue? whatever his name is had a heard to heart and he turned visible, shoot him then cause I think he's vulnerable then right? Or let him starve/thirst to death. Of course there is a ticking clock but they fucking gave him water. Poison the water! Drown him, throw in poison gas - I mean come on. Let me at em chief I woulda killed him.

Still a great show and can't wait for more!

Feeling really bad for Starlight and how they made her a whore. She is even starting to act more snotty based on that convo with Hughie at the place

Love the blue PEDS and that silly 2 second race

they should have just changed his name for the show it makes no sense in the context of the show it is just random now. maybe they should have called him "MM"in the show instead
