Binged through season 4, I agree with most on here that this was probably the weakest season. I didn't find it bad, just mostly average with some high moments. About to start Gen V now while I'm on a show kick.

Homelander was great, Butcher made the most of his limited moments and Urban just brings it. I'd like to see a Deep spinoff and add Noir now that he's got more random personality. I heard about Tek Knight in the comics but seemed like he had potential here for more than just another fetish character, at the very least a cool looking fight or something with how his suit looks in the comics.

It felt like that from s1 ongoing. They just had a lot better storylines.

The deeply disturbing part they come up with is if its the political or other opponent all gloves are off and you can behave like a murderous torturer feeling rightous. its a very dangerous rethoric they push. Dehumanizing people opposed to and not making values common ground but who is the villain. But that is sadly the left of today.
