Assassination Classroom was alright, but I've only watched Season 1. Just haven't gotten myself to watch Season 2 yet. I just started Bluelock so maybe after I'm done with this.

Blue Lock is good. It's the Kuroko no basuke of football. Ao Ashi is the better football manga/anime, imo. Assassination Classroom is mid-tier. It's not bad but I never bothered watching season 2.

I watched the first episode of Ao Ashi, but I stopped because I was thinking about watching that with my 7 year old. He loves soccer and has the potential to be a great forward/striker if he continues to develop in the coming years. I don't want to expose him to something as egotistic as Blue Lock so maybe Ao Ashi might be suitable. You think it's ok for a 7 year old to watch?

Webtoons is usually a bit behind. They build up a cache of episodes so they can charge for fast-pass coins for the people who suffer for major FOMO and can't wait for the regular release. It's how they make money posting content that's not completely cluttered in ads, so waiting a month doesn't bother me.

Yea I was watching something where they were guessing the anime openings to the show. I didn't know shit. I was like Naruto for everything.

Kuroko Basket is bad imo. Doesn't really feel like real sports with all the effects and special skill. Does Ao Ashi have that crazy special abilities as well?

I used to play Yugi Oh almost every day in kindergarten hahaha. My record might be 0-40 because I don't understand English and can't really think yet and got beat up by my brother every single game.

I tried to watch blue lock. It was around the time the World Cup was on. I thought the real thing was boring as shit so why was I watching animated version.

I didn’t grow up watching futbol though.

Futbol is great when you know what team to watch. 90% of the time it's boring though because it's pretty slow and mostly tactical sports.

That's why I compared Blue lock to Kuroko. They got special skills but not as retarded. Ao Ashi is more realistic, ergo, better imo.

I might check Aoashi out sometime if that's the case. So far the best sports anime I've ever watched is Shoot. Very realistic imo.

How bad is Bluelock compared to Captain Tsubasa? Idk how prevalent it is in the west, but Tsubasa is one of the most retarded and overrated anime I have watched. I can't understand how it got so big. He would do overhead kick and flashback for 3 or 4 episodes. The pacing is bad like Dragonball Z and the flashback is retarded like One Piece.

Don't get me wrong. Bluelock is great. Like football battle royale but without kamehamehas.

I'm seriously asking, but did you cry at all watching Koe no Katachi? Some people said they cry in Youtube comment section, but I don't feel anything watching it.

I am about finished with the Stardust or whatever it is called season of JoJo......and I gotta ask: Does the show get good at some point?

Been super repetitive and the humor is ass so far. IMO of course
