And have any of you guys ever watched Naoki Urasawa's Monster? I have always wonder why a lot of people always highly regard Urasawa's work especially the praise for Monster.

The first work I consume from Urasawa is 20th Century Boys, and it dissapointed me big time. I got into Monster cause I was searching for something similar to Death Note, and yet again I was left dissapointed. Urasawa seem to always make great beginning for his series but his pacing and conclusion to two of his works I have consume is atrocious.

I recently rewatched FMAB, and after I browse some anime site and reddit to see what is the best anime series, FMAB and HxH 2011 is often being the top or at least in the top 10 and many people also compared it.

Never really delved deep into HxH. Nen is just qi to me. Someone might explain it better to me but I doubt it would be as robust or as complicated as fmab's alchemy system and gate of truth.

FMAB is like a solid 8-9 from start to finish. HxH has parts that are a bit boring then parts that go up to 12. The kids go from real childish to dark very quickly.

Unpopular opinion but I feel like Togashi (and Oda) is just winging it and just adding stuff up as he goes along.

I feel like Togashi is doing that but everything he made is somewhat original and random. He has a rapist who uses power of bubble bum and rubber. Some chick with vacuum cleaner power. Human eating lion ant hybrid that has ipod nen abilities. There is so much randomness. It's like Togashi was doing taxes then he just made this nen ability that called IRS or whatever.

I feel like the system is designed in a way that he can introduce any power he wants no matter how weird it is, that’s why it works

I finished it a couple weeks ago. Good anime.

I watched a few more episodes and a bit weird with the bright red light woman in the sky and the black ooze shadow guy. Didn't go beyond that yet.

For Oda it's should def be popular opinon. He often make similar power between devil fruit and it's not even funny. I only follow One Piece now because I'm curious about the ending and he said that One Piece is already 70%.

Lol I hope it will be great. I still haven't got to that nen introduction yet, but from a lot of comment and my friend also said nen is the best power system in anime haha.

So I finally caught up with all the anime I've been watching including finishing up the new season of Bleach. It was awesome, but sucks to have to wait for the next season and two more after that... May start the new season of Tokyo Revengers soon. I heard Demon Slayer may start up in March? May also watch Record of Ragnarok since a bunch of you here seem to be talking about it. Reviews look horrible but I'm always down for some fighting anime. Speaking of fighting. When is the new Kengan Ashura coming out? How about Baki?

That's good if it's better. I like the old school Baki more then the newer Netflix stuff.
