Death Note.....stat. Until Season 3 part 2 for AOT, Death Note was my number 1.

Id recommend The promised Neverland season 1 [NOT season 2] after and then drop it.

As for HXH, just keep with it, its not too far. Youre in the middle of like a bridge arc where its connecting two big arcs. I loved every episode of HXH and the writer has made the best shonen ever. Yu Yu Hakashu and HxH are the best shonen.

Read Berserk.....no adaption is as good. Also takes a while to get as good as people say.

The women on Severance are fine as hell. Dont feel bad. Not everyone has to be an 11.

The first HxH is imo much closer to what I think of HxH as far as palette and tone. HxH is a dark fucked up anime, and the childlike nature of the newer one loses some of the atmosphere that the first had. Love em both.

I meant Death Note and Steins are among my favs. I watched the former a few times, converted a few people to anime with that one alone. The only thing I didn't like
was losing L. The show suffered without him, went from an 11 out of 10 to a 10 out 10 lol

I checked out the 1st ep of Kaiji, as I love Squid Games and Madhouse. I like it. His nose is hilarious

Kaiji has a weird art style at first, then you appreciate how different it is. The show is so fun to watch. Ive seen it like 5 times.

I know what you mean with L, he's one of my favourite characters in fiction.

TPL has a weird and quiirky art style that I like. Its so damn good....cant believe they botched the second season. Its awful I stopped after like 2 episodes. TBH the quality of TPL goes down the drain after what's covered in season 1.
 
Ya Boy Kongming is pretty good. Thought it was going to be dumb as fuck before starting it. Pretty funny.
Basically a strategy military dude from China's 3 kingdoms dies and is sort of reincarnated in Japan (but an adult) and becomes a bartender and helps a wanna be singer girl.

I think L was my favorite character for a while after finishing that show. Until Koyomi Araragi from Monogatari took the top spot.
 
New chapter of Rebuild World is out, the fight coreo/planning continue to be great. I will continue to plug this series even though nobody else ever reads it. Well drawn post-apocalyptic cyberpunk.

I feel like that can't be a big fight, there's not enough setup for it. Pretty sure that's the first panel that dude's been shown speaking in (the design looks familiar, think we've seen him in group shots/backgrounds).

You gotta go back about 10 chapters he appears in the chapter or 2 after Jin beats the the Sword Master in front of everyone this dude is implied to be one of if not the best swordsman among the 9 hesvens , my best guess is that the Old Lady that he was talking to that has a lot of remorse for Jin will help him escape , that or the Black Moon.
 
Finally showed my friend Kenshin: trust and betrayal, glad to say he freaking loved it. Even me who has seen it multiple times was amazed by it lol.

Next time, I'm gonna show him Vampire hunter D: bloodlust, not on the same level imo but has what I consider some of the best animation ever.

I don't really like Kenshin in general when it comes to the show. The Trust and Betrayal OVA though was fucking awesome. I randomly bought it and watched it with some of my friends and we loved it.

I love both tbh, but the OVA is on another level obviously. It's also different seeing the OVA after watching the anime first. It's more shocking because of the difference in tone.
 
Late to the party and watching Darling in the Franxx so far I'm enjoying it.
