Good God you all got me emotional..? 2020/2021 as been a rough a for me losing my my dad at the the end just look my dad to outdo Christmas & Christmas eve by leaving the family on the 23rd. But I thank my Sherfam fam for keeping me distracted by talking fights. All those who hoisted me are far more worthy of this worthy than I. I'm just happy getting to talk sh!t, get in spatz, talk all that, and especially to get IN and talk fights in the PBP "Coach write all these f*ker's UP a award"..!

Your dad raised a good man. A toast to him. For real.

So many good posters. All the PBP crew. I'm afraid if I start listing them all I'm going to forget someone and leave them out. I'll just pick one nomination real quick because this person has spent so much time trying to help me do things that were forum related. Again, there would be a list of a dozen or so that I would pick and so please don't feel left out as I'm just picking this one. @TARTARA has spent a lot of time making instructions and graphics and all kinds of things for me so I'm nominating him. But there have been many helpful posters that have done a lot for me here making things fun and accessible for me. Some really good folks on this forum. Some very nice hard-working and friendly moderators as well.
Nothing at all @Sixstring it's my pleasure!
You are one of the best persons-posters
on SherDog !

@Jackonfire is an obvious choice here too; amongst the most consistent posters/those with the highest output, he always creates the infamous play-by-play-threads whenever there's a UFC event and subsequently also is responsible for what is a pillar of sherdog, that by itself contributes heavily to the coming and staying together of the sherdog community.
He's also a pretty damn good mod i think and certainly an incredibly chill, discreet dude.

@PurpleStorm is another great contributor to the heavies - one of the extraordinary gentlemen on this side, i remember him for just being an all-around great poster in every subforum he posts on here - as someone who donated to the MS shoop awards, he also put his money where his mouth was hands were, which i think is quite the cool move. Wherever there is a thread with him partaking, the thread/overall discussion benefits from him.

@Iroh is a very all-around-knowledgeable, great to discuss with dude, who i think is one of the best posters on this site - as one would expect, he too, is an enjoyer of the extraordinarily skilled Khamzat Chimaev by the way and there's little doubt in my mind that if he didn't change his AV so relatively often, more posters would've nominated him - after all, on a site with so many elite posters, a recognizable AV often serves as a memory aid! What's also great about him, is that he's one of those people who, if you happen to talk with them about the things they're interested in, will bombard you with lots of (worth reading!) text, henceforth leading to situations where one is unable to can resist the urge to participate in long, detailed talks!

@drbolony is another one of many intelligent posters amongst those i've nominated, making him a true enrichment to sherdog. But just as much as he provokes thought and a good time through concise, well-written posts in those who read the postings of his, he appreciates the hell out of other great posters and long, good discussions, motivating others to follow his lead, in a way. What should be hardly surprising at this point, is that he's also a good dude in general.

@Chael_Sonnen definitely deserves his nomination as well! He's a smart dude who never shies away from long back and forth discussions about anything MMA-related and he's got a very good sense for the technical and tactical aspects of MMA, which is why i encourage anyone to read his posts, there's a lot to learn from them! On top of what i mentioned, he calls bullsh*t out and makes life hard for low effort trolls, thus contributing to sherdog both by adding the positive and impeding the negative.

@Rebelfett the man of unlimited likes and a workforce of the heavies. Can't really say that much more about him to be honest haha, but always just struck me as rock solid and as a presence that i appreciate and as someone else already said, i don't think he's the worst mod, even though it seems to be his opinion about himself, lol.

@Ladder Master and @KazDibiase get some of my last nominations for their sheer brilliance when it comes to the absurdly fast and top of the food shelf quality work they do with the GIFs.

@Dead Kennedy - although i think slightly less active than last year, also deserves another mention for his iconic "What are you eating and drinking... ?"-threads which are a nice, chill touch to this great, but often very serious and hectic forum.

Thanks for the shout, my friend. You’re always one of my favorite posters on the site, you have such a great eye for breaking down fights and analyzing fighters. You were one of my votes for POTY last year and will be again this year. Hope you had a great Christmas.
Thank you, you deserve it mate! And yes, i did - i hope you've had a great one too!
Wow thank you for this well informed breakdown it was a great read.
I appreciate it my man!

In my humble opinion
@Iroh has some of best AVs on SherDog !

( I made the last three, and i am very satisfied with the result ... )

This man is grinding hard for that best poster of the heavies title ! <Lmaoo><45>;)

@Arqueto: God of the shoop game and an all around good dude. He's also down for some real MMA discussion which imo sets him apart from his graphic altering cohorts.

@Ironnik94: A straight up gift to this forum. Super detailed threads and cliffs (which many of you glue huffers don't deserve), intelligent discussion. Just an overall friendly dude with a great sense of humor and a real love for MMA.

@TARTARA: This man would give you the shirt off his back. All around good dude, loves MMA, and loves making his Sherbros happy with his custom AV's and masterful shoops. An overall gem.

@aerius: Really respect his opinion on anything X and O's related. A really knowledgeable guy in the martial arts, particularly Kickboxing and Muay Thai.

@Substance Abuse: Fellow Max bruddah and a walking encyclopedia in the beer game. Makes the most seasoned vets feel like bud heavy guzzlers. Really respect that he didn't change his tune as a mod and is a fair and educated poster in general.

@Zebra Cheeks: the cheeky one is all about good times and violence. One of the best and most consistent mods on this forum, we're lucky to have him.

@Jackonfire: a true mainstay and legend of the heavies. A super chill dude and probably the most consistent mod in the history of this forum. If you've been in a pbp thread you know Jack's an indispensable part of this community. Another great mod we're lucky to have.

@Chael_Sonnen: The troll hunter himself. Love this dude. Always down for some great discussion, and doesn't tolerate any lazy shit. Definitely see him being a mainstay in these threads for years to come.

@fortheo: another dude who doesn't tolerate any bullshit and is always down for intelligent discussion. Appreciate the way he defends his takes while maintaining class and tact. It's a gift. A gem amongst the trolls and the riff raff.

HM: @Rebelfett @giovanni_ss @Orochimaru 大蛇丸 @JustOnce (despite all misses, you can't deny that when the dude is on, he's on).

Also lost a real one to the ban hammer in 2021, R.I.P @Drugstore Cowboy you're missed bro.

Edit: How could I forget my guy @KazDibiase who gives us so much and asks for nothing in return, stay up pimp.

They are well done my friend!
Just saying that since they've been fairly different from one another, people will will have a harder time remembering Iroh specifically than if he had the same AV all the time!

Ay yo!
I can't help put give reasons and as soon as i do that with a single poster, i feel the need to do it for every single one of them <45>

Thank you very much my man.
Also very good choices, particular the posters who've not been nominated that much (if at all yet) in this thread!

Thanks man. Great list as well. I enjoy our interactions on the forum. Even if we don't agree, you're one of the few who can be civil. I appreciate you.
