Just looking at Nate and Connor staring each other down i remember thinking "I can't believe Dana let this fight happen." The biggest name in MMA and hes going to let him fight two classes up???

I can understand if it was one weight class up, but letting him fight two weight classes up against a 6'1 lanky fighter. They got what they deserved.

as i said in other threads, such a stupid business decision by the UFC. Connor was the last big cash cow left and regardless of weight class or w/e reasons they will give you kill a large part of his aura with this loss.

RDA lost a ton of $ last night, too. On a fight he would have easily won IMO but even having Connor do that fight was a huge mistake, prob bigger than Diaz.

After losing GSP, Andy, Cain and Ronda after substantial investments to push them as big stars you would think UFC would learn to milk Connor for awhile. Let him fight at 145 and build a bigger aura. Dabble at 155 and see how he fares vs fringe top 10s before going to the top.

Conor should eat his words and move up one more so Lawler can dismember him while laughing through every left hand.

they were lightweights fighting at catchweight 170. this has been discussed a hundred times. I doubt there was more than 5 pounds between them.

DEAL WITH IT

I think all this there's no chance nonsense is preposterous... this fight was not at 155 it was at 170. MMA community is filled with more ignorant hate than a KKK rally in the 1950's
