That was Alex Caceres' first knockout ever

For his third UFC fight, they step him up again now to Cub Swanson. Cub has gone 2-2 in his last 4, getting dominated and stopped by Edgar and Hollway back to back, then beating two un-ranked fighters. This is a fairly reasonable step up again, DHC is now 14-1 in his career and 2-0 with two big KOs in the UFC. He gets a respected and name brand journeyman.

Cub Swanson, a journeyman?

He seemed pretty emotional after that win so I'm sure it's pretty special to him.

Cub Swanson, a journeyman?

13-9 UFC career and almost as a rule loses to ranked opponents, usually getting put away.

At the time he fought DHC, he was on a 2-2 run and Edgar and Holloway smashed him back to back putting him away. They were not competitive fights, they were beatings. The two guys he beat were not ranked.

Cub is in the upper echelon of journeyman and has two signature wins over Poirier and Oliveira, both of whom found their success at lightweight.

I'm a big fan of Cub's and his overall body of work is extremely entertaining.

Even some former champs are journeymen to him. We just need to accept that he has a different criteria for what makes a fighter a journeymen.

What former UFC champion did I call a journeyman?

I honestly cannot imagine ...

His 4th KO/TKO and he has 7 submission wins. So that is 11 finishes in 20 wins. So.. what are we talking about again TS.
Talking about a ko, not a tko or sub...pretty obvious or can you not read?

Juicy J has always been kill or be killed, I'm not worried about him.

When you look at how badly he whooped Dawodu and then see him get sparked by Bruce Leeroy his next fight out, the word inconsistent pretty much has to pop into your mind. Also, Caceres is a lot better than his record would suggest.
