Can someone explain this shows popularity because I never understood it its always on despite being over for awhile.

I think real housewives would
be more your speed, inverted.

Hysterical bitches with caked
on makeup, screaming for
way too long.

It's an okay show, I never watched it as much as other people I knew growing up but it definitely had its moments

Eric's parents were always my favorite. Dumbass!

It wasn't my thing, but I was glad to see Kurtwood Smith finally get a bit of mainstream recognition.

Do you recall the formulaic, short-lived shit "That 80's Show" the network execs tried to push following its boffo success?

I loved it when I was younger.

At this point I probably would still enjoy it but it's a nostalgia thing for me.

I think of my childhood and it puts my mind in a certain time/place and in a certain mood.

Red Foreman was the show, without him it would have sucked. However even he couldn't save the show from the embarrassment the last season turned it into.

Jackie. I don't think I had internet at the time. There wasn't much else on.

Oh man that was bad, like really really bad... I don't even remember if they aired the whole season or cut it off sooner, regardless it was shit.

It's a good show or was. Dick Jones! I work for Dick Jones! He's OCP!!!!

Eric being gone was big. Randy just wasn't doing it for me. No chemistry, he felt forced.

That episode Eric came back was the best part of the season. The ending of the last episode where they showed them all young teens again singing in the car made me emotional when I saw it.

I liked a few of the seasons. Maybe the first three or so. It started getting really weird.

Was never a favorite of mine but decent show that def had its great moments and episodes

I never saw it but wouldn't think it lasted a few episodes; I recall seeing the ads for it, and it was obviously hastily assembled to capitalize on "That 70's Show"'s runaway success.
And clearly, not given much thought apart from "duplicate everything, just change the decade".

"That's why it's called "work", not Happy Fun Time!"

"Hands above the covers!"

Red was fucking hilarious. A lot like my own dad- work hard, come home and be mostly silent, read the paper, chill. Do handyman hobby shit in a work room. Build stuff.

It just didn't really make sense like Eric's gone yet they all still chill out in his basement ? I know Hyde lives there but it was like umm are you gonna live with your buddies parents forever? Kelso being gone sucked too yet I think the show could have still been solid without him if they still had Eric. My only beef with the last episode was Eric being there for like 2 minutes, it was like really Topher you couldn't comit to one full episode to the show that is responsible for your career.

And where did his career go?
Basically nowhere. It's not like the guy had a huge acting future, pretty much only good for a specific type.
