They didnt, why they didnt? Cause its not followed by everyone else, fighters that violate the weigh-cutting rules in California rarely will fight there again, or ever, but if ALL AC´s follow the rules then said fighter wont have a place to fight...This includes the UFC following the rules when going overseas, if no one else follows then it fixes nothing, like it currently is.
CSAC made rules and guidelines 7 years ago.
There is zero evidence that anything changed.
Tons of fighters have fought in California and the majority gained back way more than the 10% guideline with fighters on pretty much every card exceeding the supposed 15% maximum and not a God damn thing happened.
