What is this kind of takedown called?

It's a knee pick, done more like you might see some guys do an ankle pick... except in a wrestling match against a strong wrestler you're going to pull the head forward so that your opponent pulls back by himself, and takes his weight off that front leg so you can pick it up, and THEN you shove him over.

When you START with the shove, a good wrestler isn't going to back away and leave his leg there like that for you. But in MMA, where you're trying to avoid being punched in the face, it's a bit of a different story, and makes opportunity for shortcuts like this.
