what NATURAL supplements spike testosterone?
hmmmmm none! all that stuff you see out there is bullshit you want testosterone boost take some real Testosterone
Tribulus? ZMA? are natural testosterone boosters..but most of the stuff out there wont do much for a guy that isint over 30 or so or suffering from some defficiency already.
The only real way is steroids and its not worth it imo.
Don't half ass it, juice or don't juice. Do a search, there are a bunch of threads with this in it.
Whats the difference in spiking test via a shot of test or something legal/natural? Nothing, a spike in test is a spike in test and will effect the body the same way. Don't half ass it and take pro-hormones that have limited efficacy just to feel better morally about what you are doing. If those things worked so well they would either be more popular or illegal.

I tried some and did not feel any different. Save your money. ZMA worked much better.
Steroids aren't as bad for you as they're made out to be. You just have to be aware of health risks and their symptoms, liver health (i.e. check-ups for legions) and protectants, agent profiles, dosages, pharmaceutical quality, anti-estrogens, tendon and ligament strength, hydration, and basic cycling protocol.
If you handle steroids intelligently, they are relatively safe.
The problem is with the age/mentality of someone posting here who wants to juice. Normally its 15 year olds who will fuck themselves up. I think if a person is in their early/mid 20's and has the brains to cycle normally, they know a better spot for information than here. Hence why I do not like to promote steroid use much at all.
Go to your doc. Get a blood test and determine your total and free testosterone. If its low, he'll prescribe you some test. Its that simple.
If its normal, you need to eat more healthy fats and calories and work out harder without worryiong about BS test boosters.
Natural testosterone levels can be increased by increasing healthy fat levels in the diet (avocado, cashews, salmon, etc), increasing calories as a whole, getting more sleep, avoiding alcohol and transfats, working out intensely(for brief periods to prevent overtraining) and keeping sexual activity high. An improvement in all of these will do more than ZMA, or whatever is the BS supplement du jour. If al else fails, go to the doc and get on HRT....

[/B]If you are under 23 please but please dont use any kinda of testosterone booster or steroids if your a young kid say 13 to 19 etc you dont need it and your going to hurt yourself really bad because most likely you dont know what the fuck your doing. Dont listen to the stupid juiced body builders in the gym or your buddy that took DECA etc......!!!! If you are going to juice steroids please do the research not all steroids are the same!!!!.If you do steroids have a good diet, no drinking or no other drugs, have blood work before and after a cycle, use anti estrogen(depending on the steroid). Steroids to stick if you are a fighter. Test Propinate, Anavar(oxandralone), Winstrol, Check drops(if you want to kill someone and are serious about fighting, this steroid was notoriously used by Mike Tyson), Primobolan and Equipose. Steroids to stay away from are , Dianabol(Water retention), Deca(useless for a fighter), Trenbolone(Nasty side effects and cramps) Testosterone Enathane and Cypionate(water retention, you can minimize with anti estrogen but no recommend for a fighter) and Anadrol(20 times more water retention then Dianabol and gains you barely keep). Stick with short cycles say 6 weeks or so with steroids that kick in quick. NOW THIS IS MINIMAL INFORMATION. If you are going to use steroids do the research first and look at your goals!!!!. This is not body building is a sport and your looking for performance not looks now good luck!!
