Law Tesla Cars are being lit on fire

what is the sentence for a first time offender who torches a car? whatever that REALLY is that is definitely what those people should get. Nothing extra just because it's musk either.

but the protesters are right to try to bankrupt musk's company. that's free speech and capitalism at work.
This is terrorism dude. You support TERRORISM. Free speech doesn't give you the right to commit acts of terrorism.

Who is saying the legal process shouldn't be followed?

You for one. You're straight up saying they "should go to prison", without any mention of a trial.

Why do you think this is happening? Elon Musk has pissed off a bunch of people for a laundry list of reasons, and some of them are lashing out. They are directly related.
Thats an extremely dumb and dishonest take. You've never said "this guy should should go to prison" prior to them actually being found guilty in court? What a crock, and you know it. That isnt an argument that their rights should be suspended. I know you know this and typing this out is redundant.

It doesnt matter why its happening. Arson is a crime and people who commit it should be punished for it accordingly. Musk has absolutely zero to do with that.

I just stated in an exchange that I do NOT support any of the violence that these people enact and that they should get whatever sentences are due them.

Then I said that aside from that criminal activity people should protest tesla and try to bankrupt him because thats free speech and capitalism at work.

So of course that's not good enough for you and you will lie like trump and slander my position and obfuscate.

Haha, so funny how you people so quickly abandon the things you fight for. These are clear hate crime which can and are being charged as such.

I don't think you can make a good argument for this being a hate crime bud. However there does seem to be a case to make regarding terrorism.

I support the role of law in all of this though.

If you do reply try not to be a slanderer and a liar about my position like you hero trump ok?

Next you'll bring up Musk again.

I beg to differ. Musk has everything to do with it. It does matter why it's happening. Understanding people's motivations for a crime are just as important as seeking punishment for said crime. It's happening all over the world. Musk has everything to do with it.

You should probably think again, bud. There is really no argument good or bad that it is not. Hate crime is literally crime motivated by bias against a specific group. NYPD, DC Metro PD, agree and I would bet even your hero Mussolini would agree too.

So you will argue in bad faith then.

Bye.

Hate crime against a car?
his argument is that it is a hate crime against musk and that some police forces are making that charge.

I think there IS an argument for it being domestic terrorism though don't you? if terrorism is politically motivated violence I dont see how it could not be.

I absolutely hope we bankrupt Tesla over all of this BUT cant support the torching of cars etc to do it.

I said Musk has nothing to do with them being punished in accordance to their crime. Thats what happens when you snip out part of the quote, you lose the context of the remark you're replying to.

I dunno why you quoted the first remark, you're doing literally exactly what I said you'd do while still ignoring the question I've been asking you from the start.

This is you missing the point entirely. And your denial that Musk has instigated all of this is not seeing the forest for the trees.

Of course, Shertifa is ok with domestic terrorism.

<36>

Just like how BurnLootMurder burned down their own towns and black-owned businesses, these fakeass eco-warriors are now burning Teslas who are mostly owned by lefties

The point is not what you think it is. You think its about Musk, or that Musk should be the subject. But it isnt. Musk is an entirely different subject than whether or not people torching Teslas should be punished and how. They can be mad at Musk for any number of reasons. That has no bearing on whether or not what they're doing is illegal and what the repurcussions for their actions should be.

The topic that I've asked you about has zero to do with Musk, but at every chance you get you deflect directly to Musk. Literally every time.

Disagree. This is entirely about Musk. This is why the same protests in US are happening all over the world. You're dumb if you think the two things are unrelated. No one is disagreeing with you that torching a car is illegal. So I'm not sure who you're arguing with about that. But pretending these actions are not a direct response to Musk's transgressions is either dishonest or ignorant.

Thousands join anti-Musk protests around the world

"With more than 200 events planned worldwide, protests kicked off midday in front of Tesla showrooms in Australia and New Zealand and then rippled across Europe in countries including Finland, Norway, Denmark, Germany, France, the Netherlands and the UK.

Each rally was locally organized with original themes. In Ireland, it was “Smash the Fash”, and Switzerland had “Down with Doge”."

Again, more deflection.

This keeps going because you cant just state that people who torch teslas should go to prison without either deflecting or dancing around the issue. Thats the only topic I brought up and the only one that matters in the conversation Im having with you. Musk is a different topic that can be talked about in a different conversation to give it the attention it would deserve.

Basically what I wanted to test was just how biased you were, and you've proven to be so completely off the charts that you can't even hold a conversation about one topic without making it about your Musk obsession. At the end of the day, a large part of you feels these actions are justified and you're practically defending them without actually stating that you're doing it. I suspected that to be the case, I just didn't expect you to prove it so quickly and easily.

Thanks, Dr. Phil.
