Terrible Tech support

Is there an app that allows you to electrocute the useless idiots at customer service?

@newjerseynick
Friend, have we discussed this show? I took 10 years out of IT but way back in again.

ugh. this is why i'm glad i got out of the i.t. support/helpdesk roles i had in the past. it's basically high-paying customer service where you deal with a lot of pissed off people. you're never contacted because things are going well lol.

Not the thread we deserve, but the thread we need. I always felt we could use an Ask A Wizard thread.

My computer has a virus. That virus forces my computer to update windows 10 even though I've turned the setting off many times. Also, the update never finishes and I have to force restart my computer. Then, a month later the same cycle happens all over again.

Please help.

Ask me anything tech related or otherwise.
I will use my wealth of useless knowledge to give you a probably even more useless solution.

How do you establish a one way trust between Redhat IPA servers to allow one based in your DMZ to auth over LDAPS back to your core?

My solutions for this are all Mac based:

Step one has 3 options.

A- Buy a big mac and jam in into your computer.
Doesnt matter how you get it in there just make sure its all in.

B- Same as option 1 but instead of a big mac use Mac and cheese.

C- Get a copy of Mac and me and stick that into your computer and run it on a continuous loop.

D-invite Mac-auly Culkin to your house.

After you decide which choice works best for you move on to step 2

Step 2 :
Buy a Mac. Or use a diff OS.

Gracias.
There is a wizard here but he seems to not be very helpful. Once we pinpoint his location we will be sending a "Thunder" of Dragons his way to sort this out.

Why is my Robocopy so slow?
Are one of the switches causing the issue?

Lets start this trend. Everyone call some kind of tech support or customer service on your day off and ask them how their day is going. Tell them you appreciate them and wish them well.
