I've never been a fan of T2, but Star Wars is a classic.

Maybe it has to do directly with when I was born (80’s baby) but T2 was the most excited I ever was about seeing a movie in theatre, and it delivered!

This was true for me as well. I saw the original Terminator when I was probably too young for it, but I loved it. Then when I found out about T2......"Omg, two terminators fighting each other!?"

I was giddy with excitement heading to the theater like I've never been for a movie in my life. Then we got in a (minor) car accident on the way to the theater, so I didn't see it until the following weekend. But, it delivered.

I liked both but Star Wars had a bigger impact on my life both as a kid and as an adult. I still enjoy having lightsaber battles with my son.

Empire vs T2 would've been a better match up IMO.

T2 over a New Hope as much as it pains me.
