What other competition do they have? Kenny Rogers and Dolly Parton?

That's a good point, the only duo I can think of that were a group or an actual duo is the Righteous Brothers. But yeah it's pretty much by default these two are the best.

But there are tons of duos that give them a run, a few already mentioned ITT.

I'd say Bowie and Mercury on Under Pressure too.

I'd rather listen to Hootie and the Blowfish than Eddie Vedder. Would much prefer Bowie and Mercury or even Bowie and Crosby but the winner is
