Just like the title reads. I am a 5' 10" male that weighs 174 lbs. Judging by my how my body looks at this weight, I think I need to be down to like 165 or so. I walk often but I don't eat well. I tried to research a practical diet for myself but all the terms like "complex carbs" and "trans fat" confused me frankly. So here is what I would appreciate. Give me an idea about what I should eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and maybe suggestions for a practical exercise regimen. Thanks for the help.

Jesus H Christ that's basically admitting you're stupid, lazy, and have no shame in bluntly asking for someone to fucking hold your hand while you prepare meals and workout. And you actually expect to stick to a lifestyle of exercise and clean eating? Good fucking luck.

Probably the worst question I've ever seen asked here, hands down.
