I have 3 cousins that grew up in Delaware. The opinion I get is that they didn't care much for the state. It was cold and cloudy to often I remember them complaining. There wasn't much to do too. When they graduated from college they all moved to other states with warmer climates, Florida and Hawaii. Recently one moved from Floria and now lives in Nevada.
