Technique training and tips

Currently I'm taking a break from sparring to get back in shape, and work some technique. So I was wondering if people have some good drills I can do solo. I know shadowboxing is a thing I need more work on. Is there any good drills you know of that could help my striking technique and possibly footwork.

Another thing, I saw Duke Roufus talk about building KO power through bag work. Is this the case or no?

you won't ever learn to really hit without bag work. hitting the bag is my favourite exercise for punching. shadowboxing is great for both technique and hand/foot speed.
