We can probably narrow it down to Rousey, Holm, Nunes and Zingano.
It looks like Holm wants it to be Holm, Tate wants it to be Nunes and Dana wants it to be Rousey.
With Rousey, there is a timing issue because she may not be ready until November.
Nunes looked weak in the last round of her most recent fight but she did win the fight and is on a win streak.
Zingano has beaten Tate and so she may be the only fighter available in July who has actually beaten Tate.
Holly may have a shot but Dana hates Holly's manager and camp and I think he wants to teach them who is the boss. Given that she lost her first title defense and that the boring "Pennington/Reneau" version of Holm reappeared in the Tate fight, she may not "deserve" an immediate rematch.
I think that the best choice is Zingano if she has been working hard for the year she has been inactive.
Holly could then fight Nunes.
Ronda could fight the winner of Tate/Zingano and then the winner of that fight could fight the winner of Holm/Nunes.
It gives Ronda a path back without fighting Holm immediately and it creates the possibility of two new strong players - Nunes and Zingano - in a division which may soon lose Ronda (movies) and Holly (age and the bio clock).

Nunes is the easiest fight for her so that's what her and Caraway will campaign for, I'm sure I already saw Caraway laying the groundwork. Nunes quits after 8 minutes.

R3
Not Nunes, not zingano
Maybe holm but only if Ronda says no

I think that's right.
She has already lost to Rousey and Zingano and the Holm fight was a tough one so that the rematch could go the other way if Holm makes adjustments.
If I were Dana, I would give Zingano a call, check up on her status, and if she looks solid, I would go with Tate/Zingano at UFC 200.

Rousy owns tate and caroway

Tate would actually be a longer fight

No way it's zingano. She hasn't fought in over a year and got absolutely embarrassed and was devastated after the process
Just give up on the tate zingano fight it's not going to happen
I know she's calling tate out now that she's the champ but it ain't happening

That leaves us with the other 3. Rousey won't ready by July, I think that Dana wants to hold off on Holm, so that makes Nunes almost inevitable. Unless somehow Rousey can get ready. I bet Dana is on the phone with Rousey every day now.

I think Tate should do the smart thing and hold out for a fight against someone other than Holly or Ronda. let her get a defense, another payday, some time in the spotlight, etc. She has earned it.

And I think she's going to have trouble finding a win against Holly a second time or Ronda. But just depends how it's written up. If the UFC has final say (which I'd assume they do) I can't see it being anyone other than Rousey or Holly.

I don't think they put Tate on UFC 200 unless it's against Holly or Rousey. I don't see her or her camp passing up that payday so it's Holm if Ronda really is tied up film-wise.

They will have a lot of other big fights at UFC 200 and so it may not make sense to "waste" the drawing power of Tate/Rousey 3 or Tate/Holm 2 on that card. Tate/Nunes would still be a title fight and respectable. Plus - I think that they want Rousey to come back and I don't think that it works very well if her first fight back is Holm so they probably don't want Tate/Holm before Tate/Rousey because 1. if Tate loses, then Rousey has to face Holm in her first fight back, and 2. if Holm loses, then she is damaged goods and Rousey/Holm 2 becomes less of a big deal.

Again this all points to Tate/Nunes unless Rousey is available or they go for Zingano.

Why do you keep calling her Rumble? Rumble has devastating power and collegiate wrestling, Nunes gives up after about 8 minutes whereas Rumble only gives up when people make him carry their weight, he went 15 minutes with Phil Davis without any trouble.

I think Carroway was on BE doing what I think is her best move...subtlety push for Nunes as her next opponent and delay either rousey or holm for after if she wins

I think she beats nunes and I think it will be an exciting fight that raises her profile

Well, Nunes does also have decent offensive grappling like Rumble but runs into trouble when other people grapple her. Yes, she may have even worse a gas tank than Rumble lol.

Nunes has arguably the nastiest top game in the division. Even tho she's shot after the 2nd she has some of the meanest GnP in those 1st two rounds.

Nunes is a give me fight for Tate, Holm, Rousey & anybody else in the top 5 who has the cardio to go more than 2 rounds

I think she's the prbly the easiest out of her, Holm and Rousey buy she's no slouch early. She arguably 10-8 Cat Zigano in the first. Gassed directly after but still. Very dangerous early.

I'm assuming Correia (9-1) is out because she lost to RR? It doesn't really make sense to give her a TS after a loss, but we're talking about the UFC here. They make their own rules as they go.

A fight against Correia is winnable. This gives Tate her title defense, gives RR time to film/train, and leaves doors open for other contender fights.
