Good to hear he's finally going to take a tough stance with Putin.
Oh.
very good! an alliance between Russia and USA would be great, for the economy and from a cultural point of view. Eco boost with cheap resources and a new market field to conquer. In the long run, it would also completely destroy the libs. Two powerful conservative administrations together against crazy left culture.
All I want to see are Hollywood tears <3
You know very little of the economies of either countries if you think this is true and you are extremely naive. It’s almost as if you are throwing together words to sound as if you know something.
just common sense. They have many resources, you need many resources. They need to develop new technologies on the market, you have as a top industrial nation the technologies and products they need.
Also, China should be the worry of USA, not Russia.
Russia’s economy is built on oil and gas. The US didn’t need to enforce tough sanctions on the country after Crimea, all we needed to do and did was tank the price of oil. Both countries compete for the same customers and while $40 a barrel oil was detrimental to our O&G infrastructure companies it did little to damage our economy. We can file the price of oil going back up as a coincidence once Trump came into office but it doing so has helped both the Saudis and the Russians, two countries with questionable ties to the Trump administration.
The US gains 0 by developing “technologies” to get at Russian “resources” as Russia would never trade these resources, whatever you think they would be for technology.

“This is what they said: 'Having the nation's No. 1 law enforcement officer threaten to subpoena your calls and emails is downright chilling,'" Jordan said. “Did you threaten to subpoena their calls and emails?"
“No sir, and there's no way to subpoena phone calls,” Rosenstein said, clearly pleased with himself.
There were audible laughs in the room.
Jordan stumbled for what to say next — “Well, I mean, I'm reading what the press said” — before pressing Rosenstein on what he said. Rosenstein flatly denied he'd ever said it and noted that he was under oath. He challenged the sources who claim he threatened people to also say so under oath."
