Did a search but couldnt find anything about if taking Greens+ and fiber in the afternoon instead of the morning is a bad thing. I usualy take them both with my POW shake after i work out witch in week days is 7-8PM and weekends is 1PM Is this not using the product properly, I just figured with the 24 hour break between it was ok? Just checking as i dont want to waste the stuff its pretty pricey so might as well use it right. I take all my multi vitamins in the morning and fishoil.
