Tai Tuivasa looks like absolute chite

he goes multiple 5 mins rounds without gassing all the time

People so obsessed with the aesthetics rather than the production. There are plenty of lean guys who have worse cardio than him.

The man is 30 and skin looks like rubber/wrinkly, he has to breathe in-between sentences. I think he does a whole lot of drinking and partying and not 100% fully invested into fighting is my guess.

Also, a healthy lifestyle IS for everyone. Theres honestly no excuse to be really fat. When i see a really fat person, i just think they are lazy, have no discipline or a pig. I wont treat them different, its just what i think.

He has won 1 fight that went the distance. He has lost almost everytime it goes past 2 rounds and most his fights last 1 round and he even manages to lose those too.

A lot of times guys with great phsyiques gas is because they are cutting extreme amounts of weight.

Not asking him to improve leaps and bounds, just asking him to improve a little, and he has never improved. He doesnt show anything new to this game, after a ton of fights he still does the same thing. Adding to that he looks even phsyically worse is not going to work out for him. He may get beat for 99% of the fight and then land a lucky punch, but thats not a champion level fighter and guys like him can be found on every mma org. No ones asking him to come out shredded, but he definitely needs improvement physically and he cant even do that.

also. Most always a really fat person is not due to some medical issue. Those are excuses thought up by people to cope with their shitty lifestyle. U can’t take the cases of thin unhealthy people to say its ok to be fat. Its not even a debate.

bodybuilders get heart attacks because they abuse steroids. Its not new science. Your heart needs to pump blood throughout your body, if it has “too much body” it is working extra hard.

I also never said because there are unhealthy skinny people that it makes it ok to be fat. I said that being skinny doesn't always mean healthy. You need to take your time reading what I'm writing or take more time comprehending what I'm telling you.

It's roids and eating too much. It isn't healthy to eat like 8000 calories a day. Eating that much also puts stress on your heart and can lead to heart attacks and other health issues. Also it's pretty much impossible to eat healthy and have a caloric intake of 8000 or more calories. So most of them aren't even eating healthy a lot of the time.

Like I said, improvement is slow once you hit a certain point. It took Gane 3 fights to start to stuff TD's. For all we know Tuivasa could show up tomorrow with something new and win. He's only 30 and has much time to improve.

Yes, Shoeys. No but in all seriousness, his striking. How he Ko'ed Lewis was pretty slick and his head movement in the Pav fight was better than in previous fights despite getting KO'ed anyway(although he did have a short turn around, it could have contributed) but yeah.. that's about it.
