Hey guys,

I apologize in advance if this is the wrong section. I'm just wondering if anyone knows where I can buy a copy of Tactical Barbell in pdf or print? I don't have a Kindle and was wondering if it's available somewhere in those formats? Quite a few guys at my MMA gym switching to it but they're mostly piecing it together from the web. And I can only find it on Amazon in Kindle format.

I have no issues buying it, just can't find it in a format I can use lol. Mostly interested in Operator or Fighter template. Thank you, and again sorry if this is posted in the wrong area, it seemed like the most appropriate place.

Hey man....you don't need a kindle to read kindle books. Just download the free amazon app to your laptop and you're good to go. Alternatively, you can also check out my log if you like....I ran Fighter for a few months. Awesome program....plan to be back on it next month.
 
Kindle app to computer or phone. I bought it on my Android. Well worth it
 
Thanks guys, I downloaded the app and then the book last night, and glad I did. More than halfway through and it's really good. Thanks again.

Five periodization templates, both 3 x week and 2 x week. You pair a template of your choice with an exercise cluster depending on your goals and how you schedule the rest of your weekly training.
Simple periodization model, light/medium/heavy week with deload and retesting. Good for beginners that have no idea where to start, and excellent for advanced lifters who want to move the pieces around and customize their training IMO.

My results = excellent. Big strength gains even though I had a heavy cardio/conditioning load (Muay Thai 3 x week). My log has more detail.
