I'm high school we used to order the 10 for 10 tacos thing for each person after schoolWhen I was in highschool, me and my friends were into Taco Bell so much so that we would ditch school and drive to the next town over (they didn't have one in my small town) or leave to go in the middle of the night while we were high because it was open 24 hours a day.
Last time I ate there was probably like 2001 driving home from a ski trip. I would never eat that stuff now, it really is disgusting and I was told the meat comes outside of a hose.
People still eat Taco Bell? I must've been a young teen the last time I ate it; then I discovered real Mexican food.
Oh man, that's so awesome!People still eat Taco Bell? I must've been a young teen the last time I ate it; then I discovered real Mexican food.
Timely thread. I haven't been to taco bell in probably a decade but thought the quesalupa called for a return visit. Looks as if I was wrong.
I wish there was a taco stand in my town or something. All there is is an overpriced sit-down mexican restaurant. They used to have dollar taco night at my local bar but apparently they were losing money from the promotion. So they changed it to all you can eat taco buffet for $7.99, which pissed me off. So I made sure every time I went I ate at least 9 tacos just to spite them.
They don't sell tacos anymore.![]()
I read an article several years ago and it said that Taco Bell's biggest struggle was to invent foods that people would eat while driving.
That's exactly why McD's Quarter Pounder (with cheese) became my go-to driving meal.
