Carmouche had a sweep kick tonight. Sorry don't have a gif but here's the only other one I remember

you'd think it'd be used more with people using more spinning shit and flashy stuff nowadays.

What about scorpion kicks? Guida tried one. Failed td against the cage then tried to land one. Maybe could work for the more flexible guys. Would be unexpected.

First video was the one that came to mind when I read the title. I always thought it was weird and funny that it was Thompson that was hit with that sweep. At of most of the fighters ever in the UFC he might be the one who practiced that move the most.
 
MMA fighters have embraced a wrestling/brawling style. So much of it is dirty boxing against the cage and ground and pound. Often sloppy looking DB and GnP. But I guess it's effective since it's so widely used?

Oh well, The UFC is dying.

At least that what I heard the older boys at the arcade say.
