Well its not funny when you consider that many of these guys are in the school systems. And likely preying on much younger girls maybe even 13 year Olds or younger!! Oh and it wouldn't be PC to criticize this.

This and worse probably happens a lot more than we'll ever know about, a lot of these people literally have no documentation of their existence do to lack of government serves were they come from so if either other migrants or locals do anything to harm them absolutely nothing could be done about it, if they got killed or went missing literally no one would ever know as long as the person responsible didn't get caught doing it.
