Almost entirely genetic but affects a large portion of men over 50 and 60. My case is pretty uncommon I believe (under 50).

Found out the anesthesia is the same stuff I had for my colonoscopy. It's good stuff and I had zero issues. Now the only concern is potential bleeding or loss of use.
