Suppliment question.

I have been taking the GNC maximum greens multi. Since I am taking that, should I continue to take a normal multi as well, or will the max greens be good enough alone? Thanks a ton.

You dont need another multi vitamin. You are good with just the GNC MAx Greens. I take the same as well.
