Sup?

We need a return. I was pretty quiet back in the day and lurked a lot but this forum used to be great. Now we have less than 10 active posters and 2 of them are pure trolls haha.
I think a decent part of it is that you get AAA science based advice on YouTube now, we don't have to trawl bodybuilding.com or the like for work out programs.

I mean now I get most of my advice from AI, it's great for putting together workouts.

Even just being on a forum is pretty damn rare.

Some of the shit that went down here though is legendary. I hope people stick around to preserve some of the culture here.

I miss the discussion when you just follow the YouTube lifting vids. It's cool to see how other people train and argue a bit about it.

I don't come here to get told how to train anymore since I pay someone to do that for me. I enjoy coming on here and everyone going back and forth on the training threads. Half the time they end up off topic pretty quick because most of the threads here are trolling now. Nearly everytime the threads have ended up with some good info in them though.
