Sunk in Knuckles

    Is there any benefit to having your knuckles sunken in ? I was watching some Kyokushin videos and a lot of their fighters have them.

    no benefit it happens when you break your hands

    yes benifits...... you bust up your hand.... hurts like hell for maybe months.... scar tissue gets built up making your bones denser and stronger and give you more bang in your punches....... if it heals back right though.... ive got sunken knuckles on both hands on the pinky, and the one next to the pinky......

    if you consider arthritis later on in life a benefit then yes
