Barr will release it AFTER the sensitive items on it in regards to Grand Jury procedures(or whatever they called it) are Redacted.

I want to know, for instance, the evidence that suggests the Trump campaign actively distanced itself from the confirmed and numerous attempts by Russia to weasel in on not just our election, but our foreign policy and sanctions. We know that the campaign met with them and entertained offers. Knowing the details on that would bring some peace of mind, that there are some lines the Trump cabal won't cross.
