Costumed Character Spotted on the Set of SUICIDE SQUAD

We've seen some photos of Will Smith as Floyd Lawton shopping with a youngster who appears to be his daughter, but now a mysterious costumed character has also appeared on the set of Suicide Squad. Is this our first look at Deadshot or another comic book character? However, seeing as whoever is in the suit looks quite a bit shorter than Will Smith, it's possible that this is maybe an A.R.G.U.S. agent or something like that. One interesting theory doing the rounds is that this is Sportsmaster, and that makes a lot of sense seeing as the mysterious masked man appeares to be wearing a baseball catcher's chest protector.
