It's a smart move to upgrade as your career evolves, but i've always admired loyalty in sports. Loyalty to your team, your town, your country. There is a bunch of people in MMA that were loyal, but not so succesful. What are the examples of succesful ones?

Didn't Conor trained in Iceland? And Usa?
Wanderlei lives in Usa and has his own team.
Matt Hughes also started his own team.
    Are you kidding?

Doing some training all over is not disloyal. He is still with his team.
